Additionally, our local staff is on-call 24 hours a day. For non-life-threatening emergencies after regular business hours or during the weekend, please call our after-hours hotline at (636) 532-5644. Examples of non-life threatening emergencies include a disruption in utilities, a malfunctioning major appliance, or any problem that if not addressed immediately may cause damage to property. If there is a fire, a robbery, or another criminal or life-threatening emergency, PLEASE CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY. A $25 after-hours lock-out fee may apply if you are accidentally locked out of your apartment.
